TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
AND INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Hydrogeological Surveys and Drilling of a Water Supply Well
The Republican Center for the Development and Support of Population Well-being “Taraqqiyot,” invites specialized organizations to participate in a tender for the implementation of a комплекс of works, including hydrogeological surveys, drilling, and construction of a water supply well, within the framework of a project aimed at improving the population’s access to safe drinking water.
Location of Construction Works:
Republic of Uzbekistan, Fergana Region, Tashlak District, Arabmozor Mahalla Citizens’ Assembly.
Technical Requirements and Scope of Work
Within the framework of the infrastructure project, the Contractor shall carry out the following scope of work:
- Conduct hydrogeological surveys and determine the optimal drilling location;
- Determine the estimated depth and parameters of the aquifer;
- Drill a water supply well in accordance with the results of the hydrogeological surveys;
- Construct and reinforce the well, including the installation of casing pipes and a well screen;
- Conduct pumping tests and determine the well yield;
- Collect groundwater samples and conduct laboratory analysis of groundwater quality;
- Perform the necessary cleaning and well development works to prepare the well for operation;
- Prepare technical and hydrogeological documentation based on the results of the completed works.
Key Requirements for Bidders
Organizations meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate in the tender:
A legally registered entity authorized to carry out the relevant works in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Possession of the necessary licenses, permits, and qualified specialists;
Proven experience in conducting hydrogeological surveys and drilling water supply wells;
Availability of the necessary drilling equipment, machinery, and technical resources;
Ability to ensure the high-quality and timely completion of the full scope of works.
